Block Hour Service / Support Contracts

Micro Endeavors' most popular service contract! Regardless of your company's size, ensuring that your information systems are functioning properly is imperative. You need the assurance of technical support and quality service. This contract is designed to be used on an as needed basis, and is purchased in blocks of 25, 50 or 100 hours. Service / support time is precisely tracked and reported. These contracts carry no expiration date and can be carried forward from year to year.

On-Site Time And Materials Service

On-site service can be scheduled to be performed at your location by our highly trained technicians on a time and material basis. You are guaranteed a prompt response plus discounted parts prices.

Carry-In Time and Materials Service

Service can be performed at Micro Endeavors' office by our technicians as a more economical alternative to on-site service. The cost associated with this form of service is based upon an hourly rate, plus the price of necessary parts.
